hi, i'm Eve Katarina! welcome to my website. i'm a 17 year old singer, songwriter, and guitarist, based in the Central Coast NSW, Australia.
music has always existed as an innate part of who i am, i can't imagine my life without it. i love to sing and play guitar (acoustic and electric) in many genres, but especially jazz, folk/pop, and rock. but, my favourite thing to do is write and play my original songs. i love the many ways music connects people and allows them to feel heard, as some of my favourite artists have done for me. i am inspired by the greats, old and new - Ella Fitzgerald, Amy Winehouse, Stevie Wonder, Fleetwood Mac, Otis Redding, Erykah Badu, Joni Mitchell, Joe Pass, Dead Sara - i could go on. i want to give back to the world of music, to create a space of shared emotion where we are free to feel what we feel.
